How long are sessions?

  • Individual therapy sessions: 50 minutes

  • Skills-based group sessions: 55 minutes

  • Process-oriented group sessions: 90 minutes

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. I provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes, Sessions are conducted securely through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for clients located in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and PSYPACT participating states.
