How the Group Works
Strong emotions can shape decisions, relationships, and overall well-being, even for highly successful individuals. When emotions become overwhelming, it is easy to feel reactive, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that create unnecessary suffering.
This structured skills group teaches practical strategies for understanding emotions, responding rather than reacting, and building greater psychological flexibility.
Using evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), participants learn to reduce emotional vulnerability, tolerate distress more effectively, and cultivate lasting emotional resilience.
