Reflections

Essays on relationships, boundaries, family dynamics, identity, and emotional well-being.

Inspired by the questions that arise in therapy and everyday life, these reflections invite you to pause, reflect, and better understand yourself.

Some of the most meaningful conversations in therapy begin with a question rather than an answer.

Over the years, I've noticed that many clients struggle with similar patterns: navigating family expectations, setting boundaries, understanding relationships, and making sense of the experiences that shaped them.

These reflections grew out of those conversations. My hope is that they offer insight, encourage curiosity, and help you better understand yourself, whether you're thinking about therapy or looking for a new perspective on your own experiences.

More reflections coming soon

I'll continue adding essays exploring relationships, family dynamics, boundaries, emotional well-being, and meaningful change.

Want to explore these ideas more personally?

Insight often begins with reflection.

Therapy provides the space to deepen that understanding and create lasting change.
