Reflections

Essays on relationships, boundaries, family, identity, and personal growth.

Some of the most meaningful conversations in therapy begin with a question rather than an answer.

Over the years, I've noticed that many clients struggle with similar patterns: navigating family expectations, setting boundaries, understanding relationships, and making sense of the experiences that shaped them.

These reflections grew out of those conversations. My hope is that they offer insight, encourage curiosity, and help you better understand yourself, whether you're considering therapy or simply looking for a new perspective.

More reflections are on the way

I'm continually adding essays exploring relationships, emotional wellbeing, family dynamics, boundaries, and meaningful change. Check back for new reflections.
